THE PROJECT
This Project consists of a 16 storey tower comprising retail, office, and a 152 suite serviced apartment hotel located at the gateway to the Hurstville CBD.
Hurstville is southern Sydney's regional centre and services Sydney Airport and Port Botany, as well as being a base for many private, public and government organizations.
Sydney South Gateway will become a major cornerstone in the implementation of the new masterplan by Hurstville Council and the NSW Government for a re-invigorated Hurstville CBD. The development will link with the new state-of-the-art medicentre to be built opposite, which will provide a new level of medical infrastrucure and services for Sydney.
THE LOCATION
The site is located approximately 15km south-west of the Sydney GPO, 100m from Hurstville Railway Station and on the edge of, and walking distance to, the central business & shopping district of Hurstville, and proposed bus interchange.
Bounded by 3 major street frontages the location enjoys high visibility from the western and northern roadway approaches, as well as excellent exposure to pedestrian traffic and from the railway line.
The site is perfectly located opposite the Council Chambers, Hurstville Library and the proposed new civic park and plaza precinct.
