The Crockett Group is a 100% family owned, Australian Company, headed up by Managing Director Garry Crockett, supported by Chief Executive, Eric Sward.
The Managing Director’s main focus is to provide overall planning and strategic direction for the company, and utilise his expertise & experience in the areas of property and tourism consulting for the research and development of new projects.
The principal role of the Chief Executive is to supervise the management requirements, presentation and profitability, quality assurance, and strategic marketing direction of the company’s operating business units.
In addition, it is the CEO’s role to provide a people development ‘path’ to ensure the personal development of suitably qualified personnel to take on senior roles in the future.
The Chief Executive also utilises his expertise to assist the Managing Director, in identifying new business opportunities, and manage the ‘carriage’ of current projects through to completion.
